Real hands, real talent (or lack thereof), and real people. No AI, no filters, no shortcuts.
Our amazing (and very creative) volunteers are ready to turn your adorable pet photos into one-of-a-kind, adorkable masterpieces.
Some are seasoned artists, while others are armed with only crayons and boundless enthusiasm. We will do anything to help our kitties, though, and are willing to publicly expose our artistic shortcomings for them. No matter the skill level, youāll get a piece of art thatās paw-sitively perfect in its own quirky way.

š¾ THE BORING STUFF
- We ask a minimum donation of $20.00 for each portrait. But feel free to donate more if you would like! All proceeds go directly to the cats.
- Assume only one pet per portrait. Most of us just aren’t skilled enough to tackle multiple pets in one go. For images containing more than one pet, it will be at the artist’s discretion whether to draw one pet or multiple pets.
- Your portrait is randomly assigned to one of our volunteer artists.
- Some artists are incredibly talented.
- Some artists areā¦ enthusiastic.
- You do not get to choose.
- We do not take requests.
- It is truly the luck of the draw.
- A digital image of the portrait will be emailed to you at the address you provide in the form below. You can pick up the original portrait at Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue in Hoover or Gatos & Beans in Avondale. For an additional charge, we can mail the original to you.
- Please allow a few weeks to receive your portrait.
- Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue will keep a digital image of your portrait and will be allowed to use it for marketing and fundraising.
- Portrait entries will be accepted again starting January of 2026.
