They say “curiosity killed the cat” and it nearly did this time. Taco gave us quite a scare, and while he’s through the scary parts - we need your help to pay his emergency vet bills.

Taco ingested foam pieces, which created a blockage, leading to a Christmas Eve surgery and an extended hospital stay in the ER as his pre-op and post-op kidney values were extremely high. Thankfully, as his body recovered from the blockage and surgery, his kidney numbers are returning to a more normal range and we are hopeful for no lasting damage.

The cost of his surgery and ER visit totaled $3088, and we’re asking for your support. If you can help out with these unexpected vet bills, we would greatly appreciate it!
