The last of the iconic trio (Larry, Curly and Moe), sweet Curly is still waiting for his forever home!!
I cannot say enough about how deserving this young fella is of a loving home and attention. He is so so sweet and playful.
Curly is a short-haired classic brown tabby male, and he is around 7 months old. But don’t let age fool you!! As a teenager kitten, Curly has all the playful, cuddly, adaptiveness of a kitten, plus all the nice manners and socialization of an adult! It’s a perfect combination!
Curly along with his brothers (already adopted), Larry and Moe, were rescued from a hoarding situation.
You know how when you pick up certain kittens, you can tell they are sweet and gentle, just because of how soft and “floppy” they feel in your arms? That feeling that let’s you know, that this is a Kitty who loves to be loved? Well look no further than our Curly.
Curly is such a sweet and handsome boy! He is very friendly and enjoys lots of cuddles!! He is very smart and attentive! He is well socialized, and enjoys playing with his furry friends as well as his human ones! You’ll never be lacking for a play pal then Curly! Y’all know we love a handsome tuxedo gentleman, and we have a special one for y’all today!
Zeke is a young male who was found at an antique store as a feral with his mom and his siblings.
This guy is SO handsome! He has beautiful green eyes and a tuxedo coat that is so soft and fluffy. He has the sweetest temperament and loves a head or a chin scratch. He will lay his head right in your hands and let you pet him for what seems like forever while he lounges in the sunshine. He truly is a companion kitty!
We can’t believe that Zeke has not found his forever home yet. He is really such a gem, and anyone that adopts this sweet boy is really lucky!

I want to start off by saying, I will be seriously jealous of whoever adopts these precious angel boys. NEVER in all my days have I meet two such perfect gentlemen.
Meet JC and Justin!
JC is the smart, handsome, short-haired light grey and white male you see above.
He is around 4 months old.
Friends, hear me, this kitten is too sweet not to love. JC loves to have his belly rubbed, and if you know cats, you know how trusting a cat has to be to allow you to stroke his belly without attacking. This little man is sweeter than honey, and oh so trusting. He is friendly, bright, playful and snuggly. JC is always “making biscuits,” and he wants to be your best friend!
Next up we have Justin!
Justin is the long-haired dark tabby and white boy in the photos above. Oh wow, talk about a LOOKER. Have you ever seen such a gorgeous kitten? His soft little paws, fluffy tail, and floofy face. I know I’m in love!! Are you?
Justin, is curious, playful, loving and sweet! Just look at how he snuggles up in your lap to take a little cat nap, talk about precious! He is also around 4 months old.
Justin and JC are brothers, and were rescued from the side of the road with their mother Bell, and sister Britney.

Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to these very lovely kitties; Sonny and Cher.
Sonny is the very handsome orange and white kitty you see here. He is a long-haired male,aged at a little over 1 year old!
Cher is the luscious tabby queen in these photos. She is a long haired female and she is also aged at a little over 1 year old.
This beautiful pair got adopted together as kittens after being rescued from a feral colony. However, they were returned through no fault of their own after a year with their previous family, due to a family member being allergic.
Sonny and Cher absolutely adore one another. They have become a bonded pair and must be adopted together.
You will never find a sweeter set, and any family would be lucky the have them. Please don’t miss out on the love they have to give!! They are gorgeous inside and out, loving, friendly, and so ready to find their new home!

Introducing: Dorian!!
Dorian is a male teenaged cat aged around 6 months. He and two of his siblings were found dumped at an apartment complex. 😢
Dorian is truly such a gem!! All of our volunteers have such kind words to say about this dapper little guy. The words that are used the most when describing Dorian are PLAYFUL and SWEET! 🥰
Dorian can be a little shy at first, but hey, we’ve all been there, right? If you take a second to show Dorian that you’re a friend, he comes out of his shell and will play with you, love on you, and purr the entire time like someone is paying him to do it. Dorian also has a really unique meow!

This little snow angel is Bianca. ❄️
Bianca is 3 years old and has found herself in need of a home after her forever mom passed away. She was incredibly loved and spoiled, and now she finds herself in need of a new start.
Bianca is deaf, so she would do best in a home without active dogs or younger children who might startle her since she can’t hear them coming. Other than her hearing loss, she is a healthy girl who just needs someone to love!

This gorgeous girl is about 6 months old and was dumped at Avondale park with 9 other kitties.
These photos really do not do Silver Belle justice! She is such a petite little gal! She has the most beautiful silver coat and is so little that you just want to scoop her up and carry her around (which she really doesn’t mind at all!). She tugs at all of our heart strings.
Silver Belle loves to sit beside you and make biscuits. She is such a sweet Kitty and definitely one of the best biscuit makers we have come across. We can’t believe she hasn’t found her forever home yet!

She is about 5 months old and has been in a loving foster home! Her foster mom reports that Britney is very playful and affectionate! She loves toys and napping with you on the couch.

Hey everybody! Meet Crackle!
Crackle is a beautiful, snuggly, smaller sized steel grey tabby who is as soft as a bunny. He is about 8 months old.
Sadly, crackle had a cracked pelvic bone that required him to be on crate rest for much of his early months, so he missed out on some adoption opportunities. He is all healed now and ready to find his forever home!!
Crackle LOVES to be held by his people and is a little snuggle bug. 🥰 He also loves canned kitten food, his hammock bed, Pom Pom toys, and playing with his foster siblings!
He is a very smart and talkative little guy. He has been in the same foster home for many months and may take a minute to warm up, but he is so worth the wait!!

This year we have taken in over 800 cats and kittens. With several Rescues closing down due to the pandemic, we have kept our doors open to help as much as we can. Each cat (if not sick) costs us over $120 to vet them and keep them healthy for adoptions. We have been swamped with unhealthy kittens this year. Emergency vetting along with surgeries to help several has depleted our vetting funds.
In order to continue to aid in the rescue and care of over 200 cats and kittens in foster and our care at the Haven, we need the help of our community.
We offer a no kill, no cage and loving environment for the cats. All cats are vetted and cared for as they await their homes.

You may pass by Stevie Ray's picture at first, made uneasy by his eyes. Rest assured, he is a healthy and happy young kitty, approximately 1.5 years of age!
He has functional vision (he has seen an eye specialist), he is just a bit more limited in his left eye than his right eye. He has corneal scarring as a result of untreated corneal ulcers when he was just a little guy, but all of that has healed and has left him with special eyes.
Stevie Ray came to us when he and 9 other young adults were unceremoniously dumped at Avondale Park late one night. We don't know what led to them being pushed out of a car, but we do know that Stevie Ray is one of the sweetest cats to cross our threshold. He is friendly, loving and curious. Please give him a chance!Available for adoption. ❤️

Everybody, meet Elsa.
Elsa is 7 years young and was delivered to the Haven in the trunk of a car after her owner could no longer care for her. She was surrendered due to no fault of her own, and is one of the sweetest kitties we have ever met. Sure, she needs to lose a few pounds, but she is otherwise healthy! Her weight does not stop her from being a normal kitty.
Elsa loves pets and head scratches. She is such a little love bug! 😍 She gives the best kisses and has so much love to give.
When you walk into the room that Elsa is in, she looks at you with her sweet face as if to say, “Are you here to give me some scratches?”
Elsa needs to lose a few pounds, but don’t let that deter you! It just means that there is more to love!

🚨 NEW HOMES NEEDED 🚨
Meet Tallulah and Sabastian - two beautiful cats that need a new home due to no fault of their own. They are 7 years young, healthy, UTD on vaccines and spayed/neutered. They have been together since 8 weeks old and will need to be adopted together.
Sabastian was bred in NC and is full highland lynx. Tallulah came from Canada and is 1/2 highland lynx and 1/2 Scottish fold.
Sabastian is like a dog - plays fetch and very playful and into things. Tallulah is always in the background observing. Tallulah has short plush hair and she is as soft as cashmere! Both are very sweet and loving cats.

‼️‼️URGENT FUNDRAISING NEED‼️‼️‼️
These kittens need HELP!
This young fellow is named Archie.
Archie, along with his brothers Reggie,(not pictured) and Jughead (the white and orange kitten pictured), were rescued after they were dumped by a previous owner.
The kind soul who rescued them noticed that the kittens seemed to be injured and took them to be seen by a vet.
Archie was found to have a broken hip. Reggie was found to have a broken leg and is currently recuperating at Riverview Animal Clinic from a broken leg repair. It is likely these kittens suffered abuse at the hand of someone in their previous living situation.
Archie is scheduled to undergo hip surgery tomorrow at Hope Animal Clinic. Archie and Reggie’s surgeries will cost $900 each.
We are asking for donations to help us cover the medical bills of these precious kittens.
Please consider that these kittens were innocent in the face of the abuse they suffered, and the road to recovery is going to take lots of attention, compassion, time, and honestly, funds.
